Age Requirements
All aesthetic treatments are strictly available to clients aged 18 and over. A valid form of identification is required and must be presented at your appointment. Without ID, we will be unable to proceed with your treatment.

Clients under the age of 18 are not permitted in the clinic, except for selected services (certain piercings, eyelashes, eyebrows, and waxing treatments) where a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

 

Children & Pets
To maintain a calm and professional environment, children under 18 are not permitted unless receiving an approved treatment as outlined above.
Pets are not allowed in the clinic, with the exception of registered support animals.

 

Arrival Times
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than ten minutes early or more than ten minutes late. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being cancelled, and your non-refundable booking fee may be forfeited.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. You may contact us directly or reschedule via our online booking system.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, failure to attend will result in the loss of your non-refundable booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.

 

Prescription Treatments
All prescription based treatments require a face to face consultation with our qualified nurse Jasmine prior to treatment. In line with the current government regulations, these treatments are carried out over two separate appointments. If you wish to proceed with treatments such as anti-wrinkle or vitamin injections, please ensure you first book for a face to face prescription consultation. Please note that prescriptions are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
